Scott Putetti

Scott has been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2009. In his 14 years of experience he was a Senior Sports Performance Coach at Integrated Athletic Performance. His responsibilities included leading small group adult fitness training programs as well as training athletes ranging from youth, middle school, high school and college.

Scott has experience with teaching linear acceleration, multidirectional, maximum velocity and transitional running mechanics. He was responsible for the program design and implementation of strength and power development programs for all athletes.

Scott was part of a team that trained some of the best in Connecticut, including former athletes playing at UCONN, Boston College, Temple, Merrimack and other D1, D2 and D3 Universities.
In order to become more well-rounded, Scott became a CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Coach where he is able to share his knowledge and educate his clients in all aspects of Training.
