Patti Ferraro
Patti is a certified Schwinn Spin Instructor, ACE Group fitness instructor and Ashi CPR/AED & First-Aid instructor.
Patti graduated with a BS degree in Psychology and has worked with youth with significant trauma, abuse and neglect for the past 35 years. Health and Fitness has always been a significant part of Patti’s life.
She was a 3 sport athlete (basketball, softball and volleyball) at North Branford HS and Eastern CT University, winning 2 NCAA National softball championships at Eastern. She has been inducted into 3 hall of fames (North Branford HS, New Haven County and CT Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame).
Some other fun facts: Patti hated bike riding as a youth but became an avid cyclist and spinner for the past 23 years. In her free time, Patti enjoys boating, cycling, golfing, playing pickleball and cooking. She enjoys giving back to the community by being an active participant in numerous fundraising events over the years.
Patti retired in 2022 and continues her passion for health and fitness classes. She lives in Branford with her wife Donna and fur babies Bosco and Molli.
