LevlCycling is a 60 minute heart pumping non-stop rhythm base workout, with a little bit of something for everyone!

This ride will give you a great mix of aerobic and anaerobic training. Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! Express LevlCycling is a 30 minute high intensity interval style cycling class and is a great cardiovascular workout, incorporating hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire!

As a dedicated cycling instructor for the past 10 years, Sarah's goal is to break riders out of their comfort zones, helping them to get better, faster and stronger with every ride. Motivated by upbeat music that builds with the intensity of her drills, Sarah uses the beat drops to push her riders to give it their all. Her music selections will bring you back, move you forward and help you dig deep; expect a little bit of everything delivered with fluidity.
